What are Dr. Schüssler mineral salts?
Tissue salts, also known as "cell salts" or "biochemical salts", are potent microdoses, diluted forms of 12 essential and 24 accessory minerals in the body. These "cell salts" occur naturally in the human body and even throughout nature, but can be depleted due to the factors mentioned above.
According to Dr. Schüssler, who rediscovered and researched a science that had been lost for thousands of years, he concluded that the 12 essential tissue salts must be present in perfect balance in all living cells for good health, as is the case in Eastern medicine!

If anyone wants to learn about Dr. Schüssler's mineral salts, I would only recommend Titanilla. It has side effects, for example, it is stone fair, he has put together some very good stuff.
